It breaks my heart to read about Norman Huntley's case, and my thoughts are with his family and friends during this tough time. I was looking into the background of the Route 66 Event Center, and it seems like this place has hosted a lot of events with tight security in the past. So, it makes me wonder, why was Norman reportedly unarmed during his shift that night? Does anyone know if it was common practice for security guards there to work without any protection, or was it an unusual circumstance for this event? It just seems so risky, especially with his dedication to his job. I hope the community comes forward with any leads to get some justice for Norman.
