Has anyone looked into the weather conditions on the day Daniel Turpin went missing? I read he might have tried swimming across American Lake, so I'm curious if there’s any record of bad weather or strong currents that day. Could those conditions have played a role in what happened to him? I feel like sometimes these environmental factors are overlooked, but they can be really telling about the circumstances someone might have faced. It might also help gauge what kind of search efforts were needed back then. Thoughts?
