Has anyone else been bothered by the lack of witnesses at the Holiday gas station when Amy disappeared? It seems really odd to me, especially since it was the middle of the afternoon on a busy summer day. I mean, someone must have seen something, right? There’s usually people around, even for just a quick fill-up or running into the store. Every time I think about this case, I wonder if anyone might have been there and remembered something years later but just hasn't come forward. Maybe it’s a long shot, but have the police ever considered re-checking with anyone who might have been in the area back then? It just seems like we’re missing a crucial piece that might finally shed some light on what happened to Amy that day. Curious if anyone has any more info on the efforts made on this front or thoughts about how such a busy location could yield no leads.
I was just rereading the details of Amy Sue Pagnac’s case and something’s been puzzling me. Has anyone looked more into the timing of when she disappeared? From what I gather, the disappearance happened at around 4:30 PM at a busy gas station. It's hard to believe that there were no other customers or staff who saw anything.
Was the station's CCTV checked thoroughly, and were there other businesses nearby that might have had exterior cameras back in '89? It seems routine now, but in the late 80s, perhaps it wasn't so common. I can't help but think there could have been someone who noticed something strange or maybe overheard something that didn't seem important at the time. If anyone has any insights or knows about others being parked or nearby around that same time, I'd be interested to hear.
Hey everyone, I've been looking into Amy Sue Pagnac's case a bit more, and I'm puzzled by the whole gas station scenario. Has there ever been any clarity on what exactly went down at the Holiday gas station that day? It's strange that no one remembers seeing her there, and there's no surveillance footage or anything—at least none that's been mentioned publicly. I know it was 1989, so maybe camera systems weren't as prevalent, but it's unsettling how there's essentially no confirmation beyond Marshall's account. I wonder if there's more to what happened during that bathroom break that could shed light on her disappearance. If anyone has any theories or information that hasn’t been publicized, it would be great to discuss them further here.
