Hey everyone, I've been following Darci Renae Warde's case and it's been on my mind a lot lately. I was reading about how investigators had initially labeled her as an endangered runaway. It got me thinking about how this classification might have affected the urgency and resources allocated to her search back then.
Considering the connections made later between her disappearance and those of other women in the Seattle area, it seems like there might have been a missed opportunity to dig deeper from the start. I’m curious if anyone here knows more about how these labels can influence the investigation process or has examples from other cases where a change in classification led to a breakthrough. Any insights or thoughts?
