Hey everyone, I’ve been digging into the case of Burrows and came across something quite intriguing about the geography involved. While researching the area where his motorcycle was found, I discovered that the site was a bog near an abandoned brickyard, just three miles south of Piedmont, Alabama. It raises the question of how familiar Chandler or anyone involved might have been with this somewhat remote location. Did they know of it as a good spot to hide evidence, or could someone local have directed them there?
The proximity to the brickyard feels intentional, almost like they wanted to make sure the motorcycle was hidden but still somewhat accessible in case they needed to move it later. It's fascinating to think about the possible connections between these locations and the people involved. Anyone familiar with that stretch of Alabama 21 or the old brickyard have any insights? I wonder if anything else of relevance was overlooked around there.
