I was reading about the unsolved case of Richard Bislich and it really got me thinking about the importance of community involvement in these types of investigations. It’s been over half a century, and I can't help but wonder if someone out there still holds the key to what happened that tragic night in 1966 at the Red Head Gas Station. It must be incredibly difficult for Richard's family, not having closure after all these years. We often talk about the victim, which is important, but there's also a family left behind still longing for answers. If anyone has any memories, stories, or even rumors they remember hearing, it might be worth sharing with the authorities. Sometimes, it's the tiniest detail that can lead investigators in the right direction. The Akron community has changed over the years, but there's a chance that someone somewhere remembers something. Let’s keep Richard's memory alive and hope for some kind of justice for him and his loved ones.
