Has anyone else been following the case of Richard Hudson? I find it unsettling how easily someone could disappear from a hospital setting. Marlboro Psychiatric Hospital was notorious for its issues in later years, but it makes me wonder what things were like back in 1991 when Hudson went missing. The fact that he just walked out and vanished is concerning, especially when you think about the vulnerabilities of a psychiatric patient. Does anyone know if the hospital had security measures or protocols for when patients went AWOL back then? I feel like there might have been gaps in oversight or care that played a role here. It's unsettling that despite all the time that's passed, there still aren't any answers.
