Wow, the case of Ben Crumm has really stuck with me. I've been diving deep into some of the old reports, and something that jumps out is the location—2164 Sinton Street. I mean, what was it about this area back in '73 that contributed to such a violent act? Was it isolated, or were there other incidents occurring around that time too? It makes you wonder if there were witnesses nearby who might have seen something and are just too afraid or unaware of the significance of what they saw. I really hope that all these years later, someone might recall even the smallest detail. To think that his family has been seeking justice for so long is just incredibly tough. Here's hoping fresh eyes on this cold case might finally bring some answers.
Hey everyone, I was just thinking about the Crumm case from '73 and something struck me about the location. Sinton Street in Cincinnati was quite a busy area back then. With all the foot traffic and nearby residents, it’s hard to believe that no witnesses came forward, or maybe they were just too afraid? It's so frustrating when you think about how close we might be to solving it if only someone had spoken up or if there were any small city cameras like today. My heart goes out to Ben's friends and family who have had to live without answers for so long. With so much time passed, I wonder if someone might finally feel safe enough to share what they know. Anyone else have thoughts on if fear might still be keeping someone silent?
I was reading about Ben Crumm's case and it just really struck me how senseless and brutal his death was. It's hard to fathom how someone could inflict such violence on another person. I feel so deeply for his family, who have had to carry this pain for decades with no answers. I imagine that the area on Sinton Street must have been changed a lot over the years, but I wonder if anyone who lived there back in 1973 has any memories or details that might help. Sometimes, even the smallest piece of information can be a key piece of the puzzle. Let's keep this conversation going and see if we can help the BCI and CPD find some closure for Ben's family. They deserve to know what happened.
