Hey everyone,
I just came across something curious about Larry Charles Haynes’ case that I think hasn’t been discussed much. Does anyone know if Larry had any history with his Mustang? Like, did he have issues with it in the past or any history of accidents or modifications that might have impacted its performance? I'm just wondering if there's a chance that something went wrong mechanically that could have contributed to the crash. Also, it could be interesting to see if any other drivers witnessed anything unusual on Highway 1 around the time of the accident. Sometimes little details like these can help broaden the understanding of what might have happened. Anyone with car know-how who could weigh in? ?
Hey everyone, I’ve been diving into Larry Charles Haynes’ case from Oxnard, 1994, and something really got me thinking. Does anyone know if they looked into whether Larry might have had any contacts or acquaintances near Mugu Rock? Just wondering if there were any connections there that might have been missed. Sometimes people have those "off-the-grid" friends or associates that don't pop up in the usual investigations. I feel like any tiny detail could make the difference with a case like this. If anyone has come across discussion of this angle or has info, I’d love to hear your thoughts! Let's keep his story alive.
Hey everyone, I was just diving back into Larry Charles Haynes's case, and something caught my attention that I hadn't thought about before—the location of the accident near Mugu Rock. It’s such a rugged and isolated area, and I was curious if anyone knows what the weather conditions were like on November 16, 1994.
Did it make the terrain particularly treacherous that day? I wonder if bad weather could have contributed to the accident and maybe even impacted the search efforts afterwards. It seems like a lot of accidents in that area often get linked to weather conditions. If anyone has lived around Oxnard or is familiar with Mugu Rock, I'd love to hear your thoughts!
