Does anyone have more details about the weather conditions around the time Bernardo Hernandez-Lopez went missing? I know it was in February 1995, and especially around the Tijuana River, it can get dangerous with rain. Could heavy rainfall have contributed to the strong current that day? Seems like such an obvious piece of the puzzle that might have been overlooked! Maybe someone local from that time recalls what the weather was like or if there were any warnings issued for the river? We're all still hoping for some closure on what might have happened to Bernardo.
