I was recently reading about Robert Wayne McCullar's case, and something really caught my attention. It's been over two decades, and I'm surprised that his protective helmet wasn't found anywhere nearby or along his likely path. Since his helmet was something he needed for safety, especially given his conditions, you'd think it might have turned up somewhere by now. Could it be that he didn't actually go very far from the facility, or that someone might have picked him up? It's just puzzling to me that no trace of it was ever found, including the specific area they searched. What are everyone’s thoughts on how this could have happened?

Has anyone ever looked into the medical records from the time Robert Wayne McCullar went missing? I know privacy can be a big issue, but maybe there’s something there that’s been overlooked that could give us more insight into his health conditions at the time. Especially considering his requirement for daily medication, I wonder if anyone on the staff noticed anything unusual about his behavior leading up to his disappearance or if there were any gaps or changes in his medication regimen. I feel like knowing more about his health might provide a glimpse into what drew him away from the safety of the school. Just putting it out there to see if anyone else has any thoughts or additional info!
