Robert Wayne McCullar, a 39-year-old man, went missing from Denton, Texas, on February 20, 1995. McCullar, who had severe mental disabilities and functioned at the level of a five-year-old, was a resident at the Denton State School (now the Denton State Supported Living Center), a facility for mentally disabled adults.
