It's been over four decades since Roger Parent Jr.'s life was senselessly taken, and the fact that his case remains unsolved is incredibly unsettling. I find myself wondering about the red camper truck that was seen at the scene. Could something so conspicuous really disappear without a trace? I mean, how rare was a vehicle like that back in 1978? Was there ever any follow-up investigation involving camper sales records, or perhaps sightings in nearby areas? It seems like tracking a distinctive vehicle might open up new leads. If any residents from St. Marys Township back then happen to stumble upon this post, it would be great to hear if anyone remembers seeing a red camper truck during that time. We owe it to Roger and his loved ones to keep asking questions. I can't imagine the pain that his family has endured all these years. Let's hope that advances in DNA testing might provide some answers soon. And please, if anyone knows anything, reach out to the authorities. Let's give Roger the justice he deserves.
