Hey everyone, I'm diving back into the puzzling disappearance of David Sterling Carteaux. I came across something interesting that I haven't seen discussed much yet. Does anyone have any thoughts on why David closed his post office box before going missing? It's really odd, right? No forwarding address, no explanation—it's like he cut ties with something or someone. Was he planning to disappear? Could it be linked to someone trying to track him? There must have been a reason behind this move. If anyone has similar case examples or theories, I'd love to hear them. Something about this case just feels off, and this little detail is nagging at me. How does this play into the bigger picture of his disappearance?
Interesting, I’ve thought similar things as well. There are a few different stories and details that are missing. But I have yet to find evidence of documentation for that. Possible missing items from the boat for instance. Also how the boat was destroyed afterwards. But it’s true, everyone was told a different story.
