Does anyone else find it puzzling that there was never any substantial lead or suspect identified in James Ferguson's case? Despite the time that's passed, it feels like there must be something—anything—that could have been missed back in 1980. From the reports, it seemed like a home robbery gone wrong might have been a possible motive, but nothing ever seemed to come from that angle. It's important to remember that any small detail can be significant. Maybe someone out there remembers something from that time or was even living in the area and observed something unusual at 11 W. Starr Avenue around the time of February 25th. Small communities often have stories that get passed around, even if it's just a rumor; sometimes there's a kernel of truth to be found. I really hope people continue talking about James's case and others like it. I can't imagine how hard it must be for his family and friends all these years later, still waiting for some answers. If there's any information lurking out there, however insignificant it might seem, it's so important to come forward. Let's keep these cases in the spotlight and do what we can to support the families waiting for justice. Anyone else have thoughts or theories?

I was reading through some old newspaper archives and came across an article about James Ferguson's murder. It's surreal to think we’re talking about a cold case that happened over 40 years ago. It must be incredibly frustrating for his family and friends not to have any answers all these years later. I noticed the article mentioned the neighborhood James lived in back then, near 11 W. Starr Avenue. Does anyone know if that area was known for any particular activity or issues during that time that could be relevant? Sometimes the environment gives some clues that people overlook, and maybe someone from around that neighborhood back then might remember something out of the ordinary. My heart genuinely goes out to those still hoping for answers. If anyone has any insight, even from living in Columbus back then, it could be really helpful.
