I’ve been following this case, and I was struck by how Milika Fields was just trying to drive her family on a regular day. It's such a terrifying thought that a moment of road rage could turn so deadly. I'm wondering if anyone here knows more about any witnesses who might have come forward since the appeals? It’s hard to believe that no one in such a populated area saw anything. Her kids and brother were incredibly fortunate to survive, but the trauma they must be carrying is unimaginable. I truly hope they’ve found some way to heal. We really need to address these issues of gun violence and road rage before more families are shattered. Sending love to Milika’s loved ones during this difficult time.
