Hey everyone, I was just going over the case details for Luis, who disappeared in Guayanilla back in '98, and something piqued my interest. I keep wondering about the significance of that scar over his left eyebrow. Does anyone know if it was a distinctive feature mentioned in any news reports or witness descriptions at the time?
