Has anyone else read about that white male seen driving a distinctive dark blue pickup truck on the day Tera Smith went missing? It seems so odd to me that someone like him, who was reportedly spotted by witnesses, still remains unidentified after all these years. There must be something about that truck, right? Maybe it's a rare model, or had some unique features that more people could remember? I'm just baffled how such a recognizable vehicle and its driver haven’t led to anything solid in the investigation. If we could just collect more info about this guy or the truck, it might bring us closer to solving her case. Anyone have thoughts or info on trucks like that from '98 that might help jog memories?
