Has anyone heard about the theories regarding the bus routes in the area where Tiffany S. Winston was last seen? I came across some old forum discussions about how public transportation in Seattle back in 1999 might have played a role in her disappearance. Apparently, there were some sketchy areas along certain bus lines around that time. I'm curious if investigators ever looked into surveillance footage or passenger testimonies from those buses. I know it was over two decades ago, but sometimes these small details can make a difference. Just wondering if anyone else has come across this angle or has any updates on that front.
