Has anyone else looked into the peculiar behavior of the dogs in Inez M. Miller's case? One of the adult German Shepherds didn't come back, which feels significant to me. The fact that two of the dogs did return suggests to me that something must have happened that caused the third one to stay behind. Did it try to protect her and get lost? Or could it possibly have followed someone or something? It seems like dogs would naturally return home unless something prevents them. The rural setting adds another layer, as there aren't many distractions like in urban areas. I can't shake the feeling that understanding more about the dogs' actions that day might give us clues about what happened to Mrs. Miller. Anybody else have thoughts on this angle?
