I'm always struck by how these cold cases go unnoticed for so long, especially when it feels like someone must know something. I was reading about Kevin Evans' tragic case, and it’s disturbing how it’s still unsolved after all these years. One thing that really got me thinking was about that apartment complex on E. Morrill Avenue. I've heard from a few people who lived around there in the late '80s that it was a pretty close-knit community.
I wonder if any of those old neighbors ever noticed anything unusual around that time. Even small details, like a strange car parked nearby, could be important. It's haunting to think that someone out there might have seen or heard something but didn't think it was significant at the time. If you know anyone who was in Columbus back then, maybe ask them if they remember anything odd from December 1988. Every piece of information counts when it comes to giving Kevin's family the justice they deserve.
Hey everyone,
I’ve been diving into Kevin Evans' case, and something that’s been sticking with me is the lack of physical evidence reported from the scene. It's incredibly baffling that with multiple gunshots, we don't hear much about ballistic evidence or any forensic details. I mean, were there no fingerprints, shell casings, or anything else collected that could point to a specific gun or shooter?
It's been over three decades, but technology has improved so significantly that I'm hoping some piece of overlooked evidence might still crack this case wide open. Maybe a new round of testing could reveal something that was previously missed? I truly feel for Kevin's family and friends who have spent all these years waiting for answers. If you have any thoughts or theories about this aspect, I’d love to discuss it. Maybe we can brainstorm ways that could potentially bring new insights to the authorities.
Stay safe, everyone.
