I've been following Phillip Conover's case for a while now and can't help but wonder about the people he might have interacted with during his last walk with his dog. I keep thinking about how dog walking is usually such a social activity – you say hello to neighbors, maybe chat with other dog owners. Is it possible he encountered someone familiar or noticed something unusual that day? It's frustrating to think there could have been witnesses or even small details that were overlooked back then. I really hope someone who might remember something from that day comes forward after all these years. My thoughts are with Phillip's family – it's so important to keep these cases alive in our minds. Has anyone heard of any recent efforts to gather information from folks who lived in the neighborhood back in '89?
