Phillip Conover, a 48-year-old male, was killed on August 6, 1989, in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident occurred at his residence in Hamilton County. Conover was last seen walking his dog on the day he was murdered, and shortly afterward, he was found shot to death at his home. The Cincinnati Police Department has been the lead investigative agency on this case, which has remained unsolved for decades.
