I've been following Mark Binette's case for a while now, and something that's been on my mind is the lack of media coverage at the time of his disappearance. It seems like cases either get big attention or none at all, and I often wonder how different things might have been if he'd received more coverage back in 2001. In many instances, media visibility can lead to new leads or tips, but it feels like Mark's case got lost in the shuffle. Does anyone know if there were any efforts by the family to get media involved, or were there challenges in getting the story out? Maybe some locals here remember more about that aspect?
