Did anyone else find it strange that David left his dog behind? I read that it was super important to him and he wouldn't go anywhere without it. Even if he was in a tough place emotionally, wouldn't he have at least taken his dog for comfort? It just seems off to me. Could it be a sign that he planned to come back but something unexpected happened? Or maybe he thought he’d only be gone for a short time? Anyone see any discussions or thoughts on this part of the case?
