Hey everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about Joseph Harris's case lately. It's just so unsettling to think that over three decades have passed and his murderer is still out there. What's even more perplexing is the motive — what could have driven someone to end Joseph's life in such a violent manner? I understand that the neighborhood has changed quite a bit since the '90s, but I wonder if anyone from that time remembers anything at all, even the smallest detail, about the days leading up to April 21, 1990.
It's cases like these that really emphasize the importance of community memory and collaboration. Perhaps someone saw or heard something unusual and didn't realize its significance at the time.
