Have you guys noticed how often missing person cases involve folks who have mental health challenges and might wander off? Guillermo Rodriguez, or "Willie" as some knew him, is a really puzzling case from Atascosa, Texas. I can't help but wonder about the safety protocols at places like the Riojas Personal Care Home. I mean, how was Willie able to leave without someone noticing right away? It feels like there should have been some kind of check-in system or alert in place. It's frustrating because it makes you think that with the right precautions, cases like this might not happen as often.
