Guillermo Rodriguez, also known as "Willie," was last seen on October 9, 2001, in Atascosa, Texas. At the time, he was living at the Riojas Personal Care Home, from which he wandered away and has not been heard from since. Guillermo, who was 48 years old at the time of his disappearance, had mental disabilities and required medication that he did not have with him when he went missing.
