I’ve been following Nicholas Plaza's case for a while and something that stands out to me is the delay in reporting his disappearance. I can’t wrap my head around why it took almost a month for anyone to report him missing. It makes you wonder if anyone in his extended family or their friends noticed anything odd or asked about Nicholas during that time. Was it fear, manipulation, or maybe isolation from family that kept people from sounding the alarm sooner? So many questions, and sadly, fewer answers. It's just baffling how such lapses can occur and make it even harder for investigators to do their job effectively. Anyone else have thoughts or insights into why delayed reports happen in such cases?
Has anyone else noticed how strange it is that Nicholas was last seen on October 23, 2001, but his disappearance wasn't reported until almost a month later, on November 21? I can’t stop thinking about what might have happened during that time. Why wait so long to report him missing unless there was something to hide? It's chilling to think about how a whole month went by, and no one sounded the alarm on his whereabouts. It makes you wonder if anyone in the neighborhood noticed anything odd or if there were signs at home that went unnoticed. That gap is just too suspicious, and it makes you question everything that could have happened during those weeks.
