Nicholas Plaza, a 5-year-old boy from San Antonio, Texas, was last seen at his home on October 23, 2001. His disappearance was not reported until November 21, and investigators suspect foul play. His mother, Priscilla Plaza, and her boyfriend, Ruben Zavala Jr., were both implicated in the case. They claimed Nicholas had died and that his body was disposed of, though his remains were never found.
