Hi everyone, I was looking through some old cold cases, and John Thomas’s story from 1991 in Cincinnati caught my eye. It’s so important that we keep these cases in the spotlight, not only for the sake of John but also for his loved ones who deserve answers after all these years. Something I find particularly interesting about this case is the way multiple agencies, including the Dayton Police Department, have come together to renew their efforts. Collaboration like this can really make a difference, don’t you think? The idea of pooling resources and information from various agencies might just be the breakthrough needed in cases like this. I wonder if any of you have heard about similar successful collaborations that led to crimes being solved? If nothing else, let’s keep sharing and discussing. Even a small detail might be the missing piece they need. John’s family has waited long enough for some peace. Thanks for keeping such cases alive in our discussions. It really matters.

I was sitting here thinking about John Thomas's case and it got me wondering about the forensic technology back in 1991 compared to what we have now. With all the advancements in DNA analysis and databases, I sometimes wonder if revisiting old evidence could shed new light on this tragic and unresolved case. It's been over 30 years, and I can't imagine the anguish his family must still feel without any answers or closure. Has anyone heard if there's been any movement on re-examining forensic evidence in similar cold cases? It feels like if even a tiny bit of new info could be uncovered, it could be such a breakthrough. I hope they continue pushing for justice in John’s case, and that eventually, something will come to light. Sending strength to all who loved him.
