Does anyone else think it's odd that Todd called from a payphone in Green Bay six days after he was last seen? I mean, in 2006, payphones were already becoming pretty rare with cell phones gaining popularity. It just makes me wonder if there's any significance to the payphone location. Did it happen to be near any bus stations or places where he could have interacted with someone who’d remember him? Maybe the call details could provide some clues? It's baffling that there hasn't been more about this detail over the years. Would love to hear anyone's thoughts or theories on this aspect!
