Has anyone looked into the role of the police officer who helped Stephen Larkin earlier that morning? It's curious that Larkin's car trouble was addressed by an officer, yet no one seems to have information on what transpired after. Not implying any wrongdoing, but in cases like these, every interaction counts, and it feels like some details might still be missing. It must be so difficult for Stephen's family not having answers all these years later. Every little clue could help push the case forward, so hope someone out there remembers something about that morning. If anyone in the Cincinnati area was around Reading Road or Gilbert Avenue around that time, even the smallest observation might be crucial. Sending my thoughts to Stephen's loved ones during this difficult journey for justice.
