Has anyone considered the angle of Cynthia's medical issues around the time of her disappearance? I was reading about her having possibly had a broken ankle in 2006 or 2007 and it made me wonder. If she was in pain or trying to manage without proper treatment, could this have influenced her state of mind or behavior? Also, would it have made her more vulnerable to harm or exploitation, especially if she wasn't in the best condition physically? Just a thought. It's frustrating how little information we have even after all these years. Could any of this have played into what happened to her? I feel like these little details could paint a bigger picture.
