I've been looking into James Reginald Harley's disappearance, and I'm curious about the area near Mt. Pisgah Church where he was last seen. From what I understand, it's a pretty rural place, right? Does anyone know if there are any old buildings or hiding places in that vicinity where someone could have taken shelter or gotten lost, especially considering his possible disorientation from the head injury? Maybe it's worth re-examining any abandoned structures or dense wooded areas that might not have been thoroughly searched back then. It's been years, but sometimes things get missed in those initial searches. Have there been any local efforts to organize new searches in the area recently?
I came across this case recently and something just doesn’t add up for me about James Harley’s disappearance. I know he had a head injury and was likely disoriented, but has anyone looked into the possibility that he received some assistance or made contact with someone after leaving the crash site? It seems odd that there’s no trace of him anywhere. I’d be curious to hear if there were reports of anyone else in the area who might have seen him or offered help that night. It's as if he vanished into thin air. Thoughts?
