James Reginald Harley, a 39-year-old man from Rembert, South Carolina, went missing on January 11, 2008, after being involved in a car accident on Highway 521. Harley was a passenger in a car that crashed into a tree. Witnesses reported seeing him exit the vehicle, bleeding from a head injury, and walking away from the scene near Mt. Pisgah Church before authorities arrived.
