Hey everyone, I’ve been following Jesse Pinegar’s case and something that strikes me is the area where his campsite was found. I did some digging and the Waiahuakua Valley is known for having dangerous conditions, yeah, but it's also a place with several hidden caves and old structures. I’m curious if anyone knows if searches included those spots specifically? It just seems like a place someone could accidentally end up if they took a wrong turn or tried to explore something off the beaten path. Given that his backpack and wallet were missing from his campsite, it makes me wonder if he was possibly exploring when something happened. If anyone has insights or knows if this angle was pursued, it’d be great to hear about it. Stay safe out there, everyone.
