I keep thinking about the detail of Daniel’s car being found near Clifty Falls State Park. It's the strangest thing because if he was planning on going hiking or whatever, wouldn't he at least take his wallet or phone with him? And why was the car unlocked? It's like he left in a hurry or intended to come right back, but that doesn’t make sense either. I mean, if he didn't plan on going far, why was he even there at such an odd hour?
I wonder if anyone saw him near the park in the days before he disappeared or if his car had been parked there regularly. Maybe there are security cameras on nearby roads that could show when the car arrived? It just seems totally off to me. Also curious if the text to Sara saying "I love you" was sent from the park area or somewhere else. That might tell us more about what state of mind he was in. Anyone else have thoughts on the car being found where it was and what it could mean?
Hey everyone, I’m really curious about the significance of Clifty Falls State Park in this case. It seems strange – if Daniel’s car was abandoned near the park but there was no evidence of him actually being there, why was it left in that specific spot? Was it to throw off the investigation or could it have been a meeting place? Maybe someone wanted it to look like he went for a hike and disappeared that way. It just doesn’t add up for me. Daniel’s family mentioned he wouldn’t hike alone or at an odd hour like 4 AM. Anyone else think the car might have been left there on purpose by someone else?
