I'm really affected by the details of the Frederick Walker case. One thing that continues to baffle me is the condition of the crime scene, specifically the air conditioning being cranked up so high. With the windows all fogged over from the condensation, it almost feels like there was an intention to mask the odor for as long as possible. Could the suspect have tried to buy time for their getaway by delaying the discovery of the body? It’s strange because this shows signs of planning or forethought, yet the crime itself seemed so violent and chaotic. My heart goes out to Mr. Walker’s family and friends, and I hope the additional DNA processing can eventually lead to answers. It's frustrating to hear that despite Carl Travis's arrest for credit card use, there's still no solid connection to the actual murder. If only there was more reliable evidence, maybe we’d have more clarity by now. Anyone else have thoughts on the purpose or effect of that AC being left on?

Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Frederick Walker, and something that's been bothering me is the behavior of Carl Travis after the murder. It's odd how he got caught using Mr. Walker’s credit cards but never admitted to anything more. Even though there wasn’t enough evidence to charge him with the murder, his actions seem pretty suspicious to me. The fact that the detectives went all the way to Atlanta to interview a strong person of interest suggests that they might've had a lead that pointed away from Travis, at least partially. I wonder if there were connections in Indianapolis and Atlanta that they were following. What do you all think might be the key to solving this case, considering Travis’s arrest didn’t lead to charges for the murder? It's tough for Mr. Walker’s loved ones, waiting for justice all these years. Cases like this, where there are leads but nothing conclusive, really make you hope that justice will eventually be served. Any thoughts on what might bring new developments?
