On July 19th, 1999 the Springdale Police were dispatched to 11607 Lawnview Ave in the City of Springdale. Neighbors reporting that they had not seen Mr. Walker in several days. Officers found Frederick Walker beaten to death. The air conditioning had been left on high, with heavy condensation on all the windows.
