I’ve been following the Altomare case for a while and something that really stands out to me is the apparent motive of greed. It’s just so tragic to think that a life could be taken over something as insidious as money. The fact that Richard was at the Old Crestview Middle School property for what seems like a business meeting that morning makes you wonder who he might have been meeting and what their intentions truly were.
There’s been some speculation about multiple people being involved, which complicates things even more. I can't imagine how difficult it's been for his family all these years, knowing that justice still hasn’t been served. It must be so frustrating to feel like the investigation is crawling along. I really hope the authorities can find new leads and finally solve this case for the sake of Richard’s loved ones. It’s just not right for them to be living with this uncertainty for so long.
Does anyone else feel like there's more to the story about Richard Altomare's meeting the day he was killed? I keep thinking about why he was at the Old Crestview Middle School that morning. He was a successful businessman, so it seems unlikely he would just randomly meet someone at a property he was managing for rental—especially by himself. Was it a business associate or someone he trusted? It makes me wonder if that meeting was a setup all along. The fact that no one’s been arrested or charged is so frustrating for his family. I hope they find some closure with fresh leads. My thoughts go out to his loved ones who have had to live so long without answers.
