It's baffling how some cases remain unsolved for so long. Gerald Sykes-Sanders's murder in 2000 still lingers as an unsolved shadow over Akron. What's really gripping is the detail that his body was found buried in someone’s backyard. It makes me wonder, did the person living there know anything? Were they connected to Gerald in some way? It seems like such a bold and personal act to bury someone on your own property. My thoughts are with Gerald's loved ones who undoubtedly deserve answers and peace. With so many crimes being solved by new forensic methods these days, I truly hope that justice will be served soon. If anyone out there knows anything at all, even the smallest detail, please consider reaching out. Every piece of information can make a difference.
