Hey everyone,
I've been following the David Morse case for a while now, and something about the fire is really bothering me. It's been over a decade, and still, we don't have any solid answers. How could a man with walking difficulties just vanish without a trace, especially considering that his home was reduced to ashes and yet, they didn’t find his remains? I find it puzzling that his dogs' bodies were discovered but not his.
I read somewhere that he would let strangers fish at his pond. Could this have played a role? Maybe someone had ulterior motives or saw an opportunity? I know this sounds like speculation, but with so few leads, it's hard not to consider every possibility.
Also, I wonder what kind of relationship he might have had with these strangers and whether anyone in the local community remembers something unusual around the time of his disappearance.
Hoping for some new insights or theories from other members here. Let's keep digging for answers.
Has anyone taken a deep dive into the timeline of events surrounding David Morse's disappearance? I've been poring over whatever details are available, and I can't help but feel like there's a gap between when he was last seen and the fire. With the house being remote and him having few close connections, it's odd that nobody noticed anything unusual in the days leading up to it. Also, how did the fire go undetected long enough to destroy the entire home? The remains of the dogs make me wonder if someone knew he had pets and wanted it to seem like he was inside, too. The case has so many layers that just don't add up. What are your thoughts on possible motives or suspects?
Does anyone else find it odd that David Morse let strangers fish at the pond behind his house? I mean, it seems kind of risky, especially given he had health issues and lived alone. Could someone who's been there before have had something to do with his disappearance? Or maybe they have some info and just haven't come forward yet. It's strange to think someone could be familiar with his routine or property and use that knowledge for ill intent. I feel like there might be more to this, and maybe someone in the local fishing community knows something. Any thoughts or theories?
