Has anyone else been thinking about the hospital where Althedia's car was found? It seems like such a random place unless there was some reason for her to be there. Did she have any connections to Hillcrest Hospital? I can’t help but wonder if maybe she was meeting someone there or if it was a drop-off point for some reason. Also, has there been any follow-up on that white Chevy truck seen shortly after her car was parked? It feels like a potential lead, but it's been so long with no updates. Just hoping any new info might eventually come to light. Thoughts?
