Has anyone else found it strange that Carrie's boyfriend didn't report her missing? I know he was arrested on unrelated charges shortly after, but still, you'd think the immediate response to someone vanishing, especially the mother of your child, would be to alert the authorities. It makes me wonder if he knows more than he's saying. Also, it’s perplexing that it took nine whole days for her friends to step in and report her disappearance. Why did it take so long? It's details like these that make me feel there's more beneath the surface with this case. It's frustrating seeing these gaps in action during such a critical time frame. What do you think might have been going on behind the scenes during those first days?
Has anyone found it strange how Carrie Ann Monroe’s boyfriend didn’t report her missing despite being the last person known to be with her? I mean, he got arrested on unrelated charges right after she disappeared, but still, it makes you wonder, doesn’t it? Especially since she was known to move around those areas frequently. Maybe she did plan to see someone else, but for him not to do anything for nine whole days? Just seems so odd to me. There’s got to be more to this story that hasn’t come out yet. Thoughts?
Has anyone looked into Carrie's connections from when she lived in Waterbury? I know she spent a lot of time in Hartford and New Haven, but sometimes people keep in touch with old acquaintances from their hometown. It might be possible she reached out to someone there before she went missing. Also, the fact that her boyfriend didn’t report her missing is super sketchy to me. I wonder if there were any spots back in Waterbury she was known to visit. Has anyone else heard about this angle being explored? Just trying to brainstorm different possibilities that might help bring some clarity to this case.
