Does anyone else find it odd that Mildred took some of Patricia’s personal items but not any clothes? I keep thinking about her taking the potty chair, which isn't exactly something you’d grab if you were leaving in a hurry or with the intention of not being found. Was she planning on starting fresh somewhere else, and couldn't pack everything they needed without attracting attention? It's curious that Jesse reported the note but then destroyed it. Why wouldn't he keep it for evidence or show it to someone? Seems like every detail might be crucial in a case like this. Maybe she left with the intention to return soon? What do you all think about what was taken and what was left behind?
