Has anyone looked into the history of that area around West Gazley Road? I’ve been researching local stories and rumors from the 70s, and Myrtle Creek had its share of odd activities and transient populations back then. Could there have been any unsavory individuals passing through who might have had a run-in with Ethel and Joyce? Also, I wonder if there were any similar cases in that region during that time that might have escaped attention. The connection to John Ramsower adds a mysterious layer, but maybe there’s more going on than we’ve pieced together. Anyone from the area back then who remembers what the community was like?
