Hi everyone,
I've been looking into Barre Kallan Monigold’s case, and something that really stands out to me is the timing of his disappearance. He leaves the apartment to handle the dome light around 1:00 a.m., and just like that, he's gone without a trace. The parking lot must've been relatively quiet that late at night. How does someone just vanish without making a sound or raising any alarm?
I've been trying to piece together what that timeline might mean in terms of who else could have been around at that time. Did anyone else who lived in the apartment complex report seeing anything unusual around that hour? Why didn't his friend hear a car door closing or any other typical night sounds?
Has anyone delved deeper into why Barre's friend didn't see or hear anything when looking into the parking lot? Could the placement of the windows or layout of the complex explain how someone could've approached or left without being noticed? It's these little details that sometimes unlock bigger parts of the puzzle.
Any insights or similar cases that might give us more to think about?
I've been following the Barre Monigold case and something's been nagging at me about that night back in June 1979. Why wouldn't his friend, who had a clear view of the parking lot, hear anything if something nefarious happened? Tyler, especially at 1 a.m., would likely be quiet enough to hear a car door slam shut or a brief scuffle. It just seems odd that there's no mention of any sound at all. Could it be that Barre left with someone he knew well enough to go willingly without raising any suspicion? Or perhaps something happened that caused minimal noise? I know there are a lot of theories floating around, but I'm curious if anyone else has thoughts on this angle. It feels like maybe there's a clue in the silence of that night.
