Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the Lincoln Park West Apartments fire, particularly about the survivors' accounts of the frantic yelling and pounding on doors as the fire broke out. It's been almost two decades, and I can't help but wonder if anyone has revisited those details—like, could those noises have been made by someone trying to warn others, or were they perhaps linked to whoever set the fire? My heart goes out to the families of all the victims, including Gerardo Mejia-Diaz. This loss is immense and must weigh heavily on everyone involved. I truly hope someone can piece together this tragic puzzle to help bring peace to the survivors and the families who lost loved ones. If anyone remembers something, no matter how small it seems, it might be the key to unlocking this mystery. Stay safe, everyone, and let's keep talking about this until justice is served.
