Has anyone else looked into the theory that Tracey might have had an encounter with someone at one of the local gathering spots just before he vanished? Sanders didn’t have a lot of places back then where people could meet up, so I wonder if someone local or maybe a traveler passing through had a role. I know it's just speculation, but considering Tracey's friendly nature, is it possible someone took advantage of his kindness? I haven't seen much discussion about this scenario, and I'm curious if anyone has any insights or other details that haven't been widely discussed. It feels like a lead worth exploring, especially since his interactions could’ve been one of his last known activities.
